In relation to the letter from Shrimpton on the legal position of the Executors regarding the legacies to Houstoun’s son and Alan Ness, agrees that they should act as Trustees in the way Shrimpton suggests. Lists the cheques he received from Shrimpton, which he has signed, and requests that Houstoun signs them too [enclosures not present].
