DescriptionCircular copy of a letter from the Postmaster General, issued on request by [Sir William Mitchell Thomson], Chairman of the Broadcasting Board. The circular stipulates that under the new broadcasting arrangementsm the conduct of the service will be entirely in the hands of the Corporation, and the intervention and control of the Post Office will, be limited to harmonising the requirements of various wirlesess services. In agreement with the suggestion that the Broadcasting Board should tender its resignation, proposing this takes effect on the date on whihc the Corporation will enter upon their duties.
