The documents remain in their original order, prefaced by contextual correspondence and a list of the enclosed title deeds and documents relating to the property, dating between 1852 and 1920.

1) Letter with enclosed schedule of title deeds and documents, from Royds, Rawstorne & Co, dated 11 October 1920, informing Swinton that he will receive a parcel containing all the deeds and documents relating to his house, including his own Lease dated 7 May 1909, explaining that the bundle is large due to Swinton buying up the three other interests ranking in front of his. Some of the legal documents featured on the attached list are not within this file and vice versa.
2) Letter from Royds, Rawstorne & Co, dated 18 October 1920, responding to Swinton's enquiry, explaining that the Lease of 22 June 1842 and the Assignment of 2 October 1901 comprised other houses in Chester Square, and are therefore retained by Messrs Stileman 7 Neat'es Client.
