Description | The authors state: 'The sequence of observations to be discussed in this paper may be considered as forming three stages: a closed circuit from Ottawa to Teddington and back in November 1953, a similar circuit from Ottawa to Washington in January 1954, and finally those observations made after the return of the apparatus to England in February 1954.'
