1. Various specimens of printing decided on to be brought to Council to judge their merits [specified]
2. Printers to explain their terms of printing
3. Committee to meet again on 28 January with Mr Nicol present to be told his work is inferior, and Council has sanctioned a delay of three weeks so he might improve his printing of the 'Transactions'
4. ' It was further directed that the size of the page and the Type approved at the lst meeting of the committee, be that adopted for the specimens. '
