' The President informed the Committee of the circumstances which had led to the undertaking on the part of Mr Lloyd, and at the expence of the Admiralty.
Mr Rennie delivered to the Committee a memorandum of subjects worthy of consideration in the proposed operations.
The Committee directed the [sic] Mr Lloyd should be invited to attend the future meeting of the Committee; and adjourned till Sunday the 15th at one o'clock. ' |
