Minutes of last meeting could not be read as Dr Roget who was absent had them all; hence the Chairman explained the situation to date

Resolved;
1. The first sheet of the Catalogue already set up to be revised and copies printed in which the queries in the margin submitted to the Committee be revised and Mr Children to superintend the revision
2. Accepted Mr Baber's offer to attend to the order of the Titles under their respective authors.
3. Accepted Mr Konig's offer to superintend the list revision and the imprimatur
4. Accepted Mr Barnwell's offer to abridge such titles as necessary
5. Accepted Mr Ellis's offer to catalogue the anonymous publications, and to insert them in their proper places
