Minutes of the last meeting were read

The Committee having been reappointed, Mr Daniel laid befor eit a statement of the methods adopted int he construction of the new Barometer placed that day in the Library fo the Society [Methods described]

Ordered that Mr Lee be desired to observe the heights of both the Barometers and to commence a register of Katers and Daniell's Hygrometers on the 1 January 1823, lists times they are to be made, and that the book in which these and other meteorological observatins are registered to always be uon the Library table for the inspection of the Members of the Society.
