Minutes of last meeting were read

Estimates for printing the Catalogue were presented to the Committee, and it was resolved to print 250 copies of the Catalogue in the quarto form.
Resolved;
1. ' That it be recommended by this Committee that a separate List of the Books annually presented to the Society be printed at teh end of each volume of teh Transactions in alphabetical order and in the same form as the Index
2. That Mr Lee be authorised immediately to proceed with the printing of the Catalogues
3. That a proof sheet of the Catalogue be laid before the Committee at the next meeting
4. That the Library be lighted every Thursday Evening the Society meets with Wax Candles '
