' Resolved that in Section III p. 10 of Chapter I The words "who is a peer or son of a peer of Great Britain or Ireland " down to "Court of Great Britain", be omitted and the following substituted in their stead viz. "Who is a Prince of teh Blood Royal or a Per of the United kingdom, and for every one of His Majesty's Privy Council and for every foreign Sovereign Prince or the Son of a Sovereign Prince to be proposed etc

The Committee then adjourned to Thursday the 13th instant at two o'clock
