The Committee revised Chapter X of the Statutes;
1. Title revised
2. Section III to be omitted
3. Substitution for Section IV ' The appointment of a person or persons to the Office of Assistant Secretary, Librarian and Housekeeper shall be by the Council, to whom the Officer or Officers so appointed shall give Security at the discretion of the Council, and he or they shall reside in the Society's house '
4. For Clerk substitute Assistant Secretary
