(b) that on item 2.24 the delegates be instructed to take into account the report of the special subcommittee appointed to draw up a statement of the UK views on the International Computation Centre

(c) that support be given, after the priorities in (a) above, to the following items;
2.23 - international research institute
2.3, 2.31, - See (d) below
2.32 - publication
2.41 - human rights

(d) that items 2.3 and 2.31 - dissemination of science - be referred to the national co-operating body for education and considered under the educational section of the programme. '
