The minutes [NGL/11 (78)] of the meeting on 14 March 1978 were confirmed

In view of the advantage to the activities of the Subcommittee of receiving firsthand reports from U.K. representatives on the IAEG Commissions, it was agreed that the membership of the Subcommittee should be reviewed at its next meeting.

With reference to minute 9 of 14 March 1978, the Deputy Executivwe Secretary reported that copies were available of the Royal Society's evidence to the Ordnance Survey Review (Serpell ) Committee, that oral evidence had been given by the Royal Society to the Serpell Committee, and that the Committee was expected to report shortly.

14. Next meeting
It was agreed that the next meeting should be held in November 1979, possible dates being 7, 13 and 21 November.
