Minute 6 - That Professor J Sutton be appoionted the UK delegate to the IUGS Conference on Geodynamic Problems (outlook to the 80s) in Zurich on 5 and 6 February 1979, and that provision be made for his expences from the Parliamentary Grant-in-aid for International Relations (Delegates) 1978-79.
