Recommendation;
That the United Kingdom should, from 1974/75 or as soon thereafter as financial provision allowed, continue to adhere to INQUA in category 5 (with 10 units) and accordingly increase its subscription from $100 (ca. £425) to 500 Swiss Francs (ca £685)
