Matters discussed;
1. Minutes of last meeting of 9 July 1964
2. Teaching of History of Science - Thanks to Dr Ravetz for his survey of institutions and request to have his replies circulated to the Committee members
3. Catalogue of Historic Scientific Instruments - Pilgrim Trust reject application for full funding but might provide partial funding. Resolved; that it be a recommendation to the Council of the Royal Society that authority be granted to a request to the Scientific Instrument Manufacturers Association to support the proposed Catalogue of Historic Scientific Instruments in Britain, in association, if it thought fit, with the Worshipful Company of Scientific Instrumetn Makers
4. Grants for the International Congress of the History of Science, Poland 1965. After discussion it was resolved - that it be a recommendation to Council that a grant of £1440 be made from the Scientific Congresses Grant in aid towards the expenses of 24 UK participants in the XI International Congress of the History of Science (Warwaw and Cracow, 24-29 August 1965) to be allocated by the British Nationa Committee for the History of Science as set out in the appendix to these minutes.

5. Book Exhibition at Warsaw 1965 - Committee considered this very diesirable, and had a discussion on what to be included, including asking for suggestions.

6. Council of the History Division of IUHPS
7. Research Fellow in the History of Science and Medicine - attention to it being established at Queen's College, Oxford
8. British Society for the History of Science - summer meeting to be held at the Science Museum on 25 June 1965
