Lists committee business, including the meetings of the Glasgow Provisional Committee; correspondence between Sir John Rose Bradford and the Lord Provost of Glasgow; introduction of the deputation from Glasgow and their statement -- recommending the endowment of a Lister International Award and research fund, and a monument 'in the neighbourhood of the Royal Infirmary', agreeing that anything in the nature of an International Memorial must be promoted in London. p10-18.
