1. Items read; 1.1 Minutes of the Council relating to the Committee 1.2 Manuscript letters from the Science and Art Departments, printed enclosures having peviously been sent to each Committee member

Resolved, the Committee feels that in relation to Solar Researches a carreful distinction should be made between what may be regarded as experimental and as observational researches, and provides a definition for each, and suggests an Internationasl Committee is only of advantage for a history fo the sun. Committee to cololect opinions from those with knowledge of the subject.
