1. Royal Society to write to Professor Campbell concerning the reduction and discussion of the plates of the Lick Observatory, their association with a complete discussion of all existing plates, and extent of asistance from the Carnegie Endowment
2. Proceed with parts (i) and (ii) of Mr Hinks' scheme, and arrangements for funding from the Government Grant Fund
3. Method of expenditure of Grants be subject to occasional aprroval of the Eros Committee
4. Royal Society to communicate with M Loewy, Chairman of the I:nternational Eros Committee, informing him of the steps the Society propose to take in connection with MR Hinks' application, and asking for his advice and approval.
