Sir John Bradford also attended

1. After Sir John Bradford made a preliminary statement with regard to the assistance desired by the President and Council, Lady Ramsay moved, Lady Bradford seconded, and Lady Kempe appointed to the chair.

2. Proposals for the entertainment of ladies accompanying delegates to the forthcoming celebrations were considered.

3. Unanimously accepted proposal by Lady Bradford to hold a reception at Manchester Square on Monday evening, 15 July.

4. Agreed to devote afternoon of 16 July to visits to Kew Gardens, Hampton Court and Bushy House. Mrs Oliver to make enquiries with regard to special facilities offered at Kew.

5. Discussed dinner parties to be given on evening of 16 July, with Lady Barlow, Lady Bradford, Lady Kempe, Lady Ramsay and Mrs Waller as hostesses. Deferred consideration of alternative proposals for a non-private dinner at Botanic Gardens or elsewhere.

6. Considered entertainments for morning of Wednesday 17 July, to visit Apsley House, Bridgwater House, Dorchester House. Grosvenor House and Stafford House. Places of interest for further discussion were the Royal Mews, the Tower, Guildhall, Mansion House, Westminster Abbey, St Paul's Cathedral, Chapel Royal St James's, The Temple, National Gallery, British Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, Wallace Collection, St Bartholmew's Church, and the Charterhouse

7. Resolved to add Miss Gladstone, Daughter of the late Dr J H Gladstone FRS to the Committee

8. Agreed next meeting on Wednesday 5 June 1912
