1. Minutes of previous meeting confimed

2. Letters received form the Duke of Wellington, the Duke of Westminster and the American Ambassador offering facilities for visits to Apsley House, Grosvenor House and Dorchester House, and regrets from Duke of Sutherland for Stafford House, Lord Ellesmere for Bridgewater House, though the latter would be considered at a later date. Lady Lockyer, Lady Barlow and Lady Ramsay to accompany visits to Apsley House, Grosvenor House and Dorchester House.

3. Confirmed by Sir John Bradford that Canon Westlake would conduct delegates and ladies through Westminster Abbey on mornings of 17 and 18 July

4. Agreed to visit the Tower, Westminster Abbey, St Paul's Cathedral and City Churches, the Temple, Wallace Collection and the National Gallery on mornings of 17 and 18 July. Guides were Mrs Thompson for National Gallery, Miss Gladstone for St Paul's Cathedral and City churches, Lady Kempe for the Temple, and Lady Bradford for the Tower. The Secretary of the Royal Society requested to ascertain if special facilities could be afforded for the visit to the Tower.

5. No public dinner to be given, though Mrs John Hopkinson would be willing to give a private dinner party on 16 July.

6. Arrangements for visit to Kew Gardens on afternoon of 16 July reported by Mrs Oliver

7. Reported by Sir John Bradford that special facilities for visits to the Zoological Gardens on mornings of 17 and 18 July arranged, and could also be provided on Tuesday afternoon. Lady Ramsay offered to entertain a limited number of visitors to tea afterwards at Chester Terrace.

8. Committee thanked Mrs Bayliss, but refused her offer to entertain visitors on afternoon of 16 July as there were already a lot of engagements made for that day.

9. Decided to decline the offer of honorary temporary membership by the Directors of the Halcyonb Club to any ladies accompanying delegates

10. Declined unanimously an invitation from Bovril for a party to lunch and visit the manufactory

11. Resolved; - That the following be appointed a sub-Committee to make arrangements with regard to a reception room and generally to supervise arrangements for excursions: the sub-Committe to report to this Committee at the meeting to be held on 3 July at 12 o'clock; Lady Bradford, Miss Gladstone, Lady Lockyer, Lady Ramsay, Mrs Thompson and Mrs Waller
