In attendance: the Director of the National Physical Laboratory and the Assistant Director of the Royal Society

1. Read and confirmed minutes of the previous meeting
2. Account submitted by Treasurer showing the amount of income of the Gassiot Trust Fund during the past year and the payments thereout made by him to the National Physical Laboratory account of the Royal Society

3. Received and adopted the Report of the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory so far as it related to the expenditure of the income of the Gassiot Trust Fund and to the work done in furtherance of the objects fo the Trust.

4. Considered and adopted a Report to the President and Council fo the Royal Society.

5. Resolved ' That the President and Council of the Royal Socity be requested to direct the payment of the income of the Gassiot Trust Fund for the ensuing year to the National Physical Laboratory Account of the Royal Socity.
6. Ordered - That a copy of the above resolutions be sent to the Executive Committee of the National Physical Laboratory, together with a statement reminding them that the income is entrusted to them in accordance with the scheme of organization of the National Physical Laboratory for the purpose of being expended in furtherance of the objects specified in the Gassiot Trust Deed of June 21st, 1871 '
