1. Minutes of previous meeting rad and confirmed

2. Letters of apology for not attending from three members of the Committee read

3. Finance - considered a statement from Treasurer on the financial position; Mr Mackie donated a further sum of £1000 towards the cost of the expedtion, for which he was thankd by the Chairman

4. Letters read from Mr Roscoe detailing his progress

5. Drugs, etc
5.1 Two parcels of drugs sent by Mr Roscoe to Mr Mackie and to the Welcome Research Laboratory
5.2 Mr Mackie reported specimens received had been forwarded to Colonel Marshall of the Tropical Medicine Department of Edinburgh University for their examination by Professor Balfour for recognition, Professor Barger for analysis, and Professor Cushny for experimental work.
5.3 Duplicate samples had gone to the Welcome Research Laboratory
5.4 Arrangement were being made regarding the identification of the skulls sent to the Chairman by Mr Roscoe.
