Ordered that the President, the Bishop of Salisbury, Mr Henry Howard, Sir Paul Neile, Dr Wilkins and as many more of the Council as can conveniently, meet next Monday about ten of the clock, at Whitehall in the lodgings of the Lord Almoner to her Majesty, to attend the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, concerning Chelsey-college, to bring that business to an issue.

Mr Hook was asked to bring to the next Council a draft for the building of the Society's College.

The List of the Fellows of the Society was read and the persons that were thought both willing and able to contribute to the said building noted; a Committee was chosen to solicit those persons, conssisting of The President, the Bishop of Salisbury, Henry Howard of Norfolk, Mr Boyle, Sir Robert Moray, Sir John Lowther, Dr Wilkins, Mr Evelyn, Mr Henshaw, Mr Hoskyns, Mr Oldenburg.

The President was asked to solicit; the Earl of Devonshire, Sir Anthony Morgan, Sir Cyril Wyche, Mr Slingsby, Captain Cock, Mr Pepys, Mr Austen

The Bishop of Salisbury was asked to solicit; The Archbishops of Canterbury and York, The Duke of Albemarle, the Lord Roberts, the Earl of Lilndsay, the Bishops of London and Winchester

Henry Howard of Norfolk was asked to solicit; the Marquess of Dorchester, the Earl of Northampton, the Earl of Devonshire, the Earl of Carlisle, Sir Theodore de Vaux, Mr Povey

Sir Robert Moray to solicit; the Earl of Argile, the Earl of Craford and Lindsay, the Earl of Kincardine, the Earl of Tweedale, the Lord Stormont

Dr Wilkins to solicit; the Duke of Buckingham, the Earls of Devonshire and Carlile, Sir William Petty, Dr Cotton, Mr Matthew Wren, Mr Willoughby, Mr Henshaw, Mr Wylde, Dr Willis, Dr Whistler, Dr Smith

Mr Boyle to solicit; the Lord Clifford, Mr Richard Jones

Sir John Lowther to solicit Sir Edward Byshe

Mr Evelyn to solicit Mr Packer

Mr Henshaw to solicit Sir Robert Paston

Mr Hoskyns to solicit Mr Thomas Neile

Mr Oldenburg to solicit the Lord Annesley, Sir James Shaen, Sir Robert Southwell, Mr Richard Jones

Ordered that the four days work queried in the Operator's bill of 4 November 1667 be paid to him by the Treasurer.

Ordered that No 31 of the Philosophical Transactions be printed.

Colonel Blount's letter to the President was read, asking for his discharge from being any longer a Fellow of the Society.
