Voted, that the Fee of the secretaries for affixing the Common Sela of the Society to be an Andel
Voted, that the Fee of the Amanuensis for every writing in Parchment to which the Common Seal of the Society is affixed, be five shillings at least, and more, according as the writing may be larger, at the appointment of the Council.
Ordered that Mr Balle finish his accounts byt the next meeting.
Dr Merrett adn Mr Hoskins reported on the books of the Society; a fuller report on this was referred to the next meeting of the Council.
Resolved that the Commission for the Printers be sealed at the next meeting, and the Operator to summon them to attend.
Dr Whistler produced the Forms of the Warrant used by the College of Physicians, and it was ordered that Sir Anthony Morgan be asked to adapt that Warrant for the use of the Society.
Dr Merrett was asked to continue his work on his 'Collection of the Curious things of Nature to be found in England' and to present it tothe Society.
Mr Hook was asked to make sure that the instrument for the measure of time, consisting of their only wheel with hollow camera's in it, moving either with sand or with water for a good space of time, be made. |
