Mr Hill having been formerly ordered to make lists of every proposer and the persons they elected for the purpose of collecting arrears, but not being present at this meeting, it was thought at the next meeting he should be pressed to see this order executed with care and diligence.
Resolved, that the business of procuring benefactors and the manner of managing them should now begin to be seriously considered. |
