' Sir Christopher Wren was Sworn of the Councell.
The Lord Chancellor Subscribed his Name to the Statutes and had the Oaths administered to him Required in the Charters as President of the Society after which he Made Mr Montague Sir Robert Southwell, Mr Evelyn Mr Hill Sir John Hoskyns Mr Bridgman and Sir Christopher Wren to be Vicepresidents. And that if two or more of them were present at the same [illegible] the Senior of them according to their haveing Severally passed the Chair as Presidents of the Society or were Admitted into the Society Should for Such times be His Vicepresident or Deputy.
