' Ordered That two Lamps be provided, to be erected in the Court at the Door of the House, and that they be enlightened on Such Evenings when thre is any Meeting of the Society, Council or Committees.
Mr Mallory the Tenant in Crane Court was present, and represented the bad State of his House for want of repairs, But agreed to take a Lease for fourteen years at Twenty four pounds per Annum on Condition he be allowed three quarters of a years Rent to be laid out on the House. Whereupon, it was Ordered That Mr Frewin be directed to draw a Lease on the Said Terms. The Tenant to pay the Taxes.
Some proposals were made for taking an Equivilent for the Weekly Contributions and for compounding with the Members who are greatly in Arrear, and for Laying the charrges more equally upon all the Members than they are at present; whereupon Some debates Arising the further consideration of the Said Proposals was Refered to next Council.
