Ordered after a ballot, that;
1. £25 to be advanced to Mr Robert Waddington, to buy necessary stores of liquors etvc for his passage to and from St Helena
2. Receipts for the several Instruments for the intenfded Observations at Bencoolen [Bengkulu, Sumatra, Indonesia] and St Helena, with a Scheduel of the particulars be signed by the respective Observers
3. Observations at Benccolen to be proveded with a pair of Globes of the siameter of twelve inches, price three guineas, and a small Thermometer
