Society's Observers had been paid
Present Council was summoned on the death of Dr Bradley the late Astronomer Royal
As visitors of the Royal Observatory at Greenwich, task now to appoint a Committee to meet at the Observatory to examine ' the number and state of the several Instruments there, according to a schedule drawn up by the late Dr Bradley, by direction of the Council.' After consulting minutes of 10, 16 and 17 October 1754, those wishing to attend to meet at Royal Observatory on 18 Auguat to view the Observatory and report to Council.

Ordered;
1. Bills by Mr Maskelyne, and Mr Hawkesby for salary etc, to be paid by Treasurer
2. Mr Kirkby to attend the meeting of the creditors of the late Henry Kelfall ESq FRS to claim for annual contributions
3. Second part of 49th volume of Transactions to be delivered to Peter Davall and to C Morton Secretary
