DescriptionPresent at the meeting:

, ' Ordered that Mr Burrow pay to Messrs Wales and Dymond the sum of £15 each for extra expences, and also to Mr Dymond 11 guineas for the expences of his journeys to London as mentioned in the minutes of Feb 4 1768; and that he likewise advance to Mr Wales £20 upon account.

Ordered that Mr Wales do provide a stand for the quadrant from Mr Bird, and have it shipped immediately. '

Ordered that the volumes of the Philosophical Transactions which contain the chief observations of the last transit of Venus be delivered by Mr Robertson to Messrs Wales and Dymond; and likewise to Mr Green '
