' The minutes of the last Council, viz february 17th 1763 were read

A Paper intitled, a Plan of the Duty of the Clerk, Librarian, Keeper fo the Repository, Housekeeper, and Mace bearer of the Society, extracted from the minutes of the Council etc, was read ; and being reconsidered Article by Article, was settled, and Approved ; and ordered to be read, according to the Statute, at the next Council.

Ordered, that Archibald Patoun Esq, FRS, have such volumes of the Transactions deliveed to him, as he had not yet received.

Ordered, that Mr da Costa Clerk and Librarian etc to the Society give a Security of One Thousand Pounds, for the performance of the duty Assigned him. '
