' Resolved, That Lord Shuldham, Sir Thomas Hyde Page and Dr Hay be allowed to take such Volumes of the Philosophical Transactions as they have not yet received under the usual limitations of Council.

The Astronomer Royal gave in the following bills for workd done at the Royal Observatory and attested the propriety of the Charges;
John and Bernard Troughton for sundry repairs and alterations ...£43..13..6
Christopher Buckton for printing the Greenwich Observations for the year 1789.....£32..12..6
Thomas Cook for revising the press in the printing of the above observations ...£5..5..0
Walford Rider for Sash Line ...£0..18..0d

Ordered, That the above bills be transmitted to the Board of Ordnance, with the recommendation of the Council that the amounts thereof may be discharged. '
