The Secretary to apply to the Lords of the Admiralty to direct that the Observations on Tides should be printed at public expense. Treasurer's statement on the Society's Finances, including disbursements, income, admissions fees and investment funds, concluding that the current deficit was set to increase. Treasurer authorised by power of attorney to sell £2,500 of stock to meet the current year deficit. List of bills for printing, engraving, books and other expenses.
