DescriptionHand painted plan in watercolour. Shows the land belonging to Chelsea College with a scale in perches. The plan marks the location of the college in the south corner of the land and indicates the use of college land as 'meadows', 'corne shoot', 'college shoot' and 'Leys'. The amount of land in each area is given in 'A R P' [acres, rods and perches]. The areas negihbouring the land are not depicted but are labelled as 'Westminster Meadows' to the North, 'Mr Cheney's Meadow' and 'Mr Gruener's Meadow' to the East, 'Mr Green's Meadow' and 'Mr Cheney's land' to the South and 'The High Rode' [Road] to the West.
