DescriptionThis letter sets out the arrangements for co-operation between the Association of Commonwealth Universities ('the ACU') and the Royal Society ('The Society') concerning the administration of the Howard Florey Fellowships. The holders of Howard Florey Fellowships will be referred to s the "Fellows". Actions undertaken by each party are specified.
