Citation | Monsieur Sauvage de la Croix Royal Professor of Medicine and Botany at Montpellier and Member of the Royal Academy in that City, as well as those at Upsal and Stocholm, desiring the honour of being Admitted into this Royal Society: and having been strongly recommended by Letters from our worthy brethren Monsr Bon de St Hilaire Counsellor of State, Monsr Pitot of the Royal Academy of Sciences at Paris an Monsr Jallabert all now at Montpellier, all which recommendations have been forwarded and Seconded by Monsr d'Ousenbray Honoraire of the Royal Academy of Sciences. We do hereby propose the Said Gentn, and as well upon the credit of the forementioned recommendations as his general reputation, present him to the Society as Gentn of merit and Learning, and who will probably be a usefull & valuable member and correspondent. |
