Citation | Phineas Bond Esqre of Baker Street, late His Majesty's Consul General for the Middle and Southern States of America, and heretofore His Majesty's charge des affaires to the United States of America a Gentleman well versed in many of the Branches of Natural Philosophy, and who during his long official residence at Philadelphia, has corresponded extensively upon these Subjects; being desirous of becoming a Fellow of the Royal Society, We, whose names are hereunto subscribed, do, from our personal Knowledge, recommend him as highly deserving of that honor |
