Citation | [C]esar Moreau Esqre of Soho Square French Vice-Consul in London, Member of the Royal Institut[ion] and of the Royal Asiatic Society of Great Britain, member of the Royal Academies of Marseilles Rouen and Dijon &c &c - a gentleman who has devoted a large portion of his time to the examination of the Commercial history of Great Britain the results of which he has arranged and published in four works containing tables by which the rise and progress of every branch of trade between this and other countries is exhibited, being desirous of becoming a fellow of the Royal Society We whose names are subscribed do, of our personal knowledge, recommend him as deserving that honor and as likely to prove a usefull and valuable member |
