| Citation | Was Secretary of Section D of the British Association from 1870-75, and Vice-President of Section D & Chairman of the Sub-section of Anatomy & Physiology in 1879. Has been an Examiner in the Natural Science Tripos in the University of Cambridge, in the Honours School of Natural Science in the University of Oxford, and in Physiology in the University of London (1878-82). Was for some time Hon Sec of the Medical Research Association.
Joint translator of Hebra on Skin Diseases (1869). Author of the following:
