Recipient of the King's Polar Medal; Founder's Medal, Roy Geogr Soc; Gold Medals, Geogr Soc New York and Chicago; Bigsby Medal Geol Soc of London. Author of 'The Home of the Blizzard' (Lond, 1915); and many contributions to scientific literature, including : - 'Geology of New Hebrides' (Proc Linn Soc NSW, 1905); 'Chiastolite of Bimbowrie District, S Australia' (Monograph, Roy Soc S Australia, 1909); 'Geology of Broken Hill District' (ibid, 1912); etc. |
