Disproved Werner's Six-membered Ring Theory of Metal-ammonia Complexes by Introduction of Sulphonyldiacetic Residue into Complex (Chem Soc, 1915). In 1917 placed in charge at RN Experimental Station, Stratford, E. The great importance of his confidential war-work is known to the signatories. |
