TitleLetter from G E Hemmen, Royal Society to J D A Stainton,Cottesmore Court, London
Date17 February 1961
DescriptionThanks Stainton for his letter. Suggests that booking his whole journey and a return ticket would be cheaper and asks that Stainton let him know what he thinks. Updates him on difficulty obtaining aluminium corrugates for a [plant] drier, and would like to know if zinc would be an acceptable alternative. Thanks him for sending a list of gear need for Kew [practice filming] and wonders if it would be possible to pack it up into smaller containers. Finally asks for Stainton's advice on pots and pans for use on expedition.
