DescriptionVarious forms presented to expedition members, which they were required to sign before joining the expedition. The file includes three types of agreement, an indemnity form, a press regulations form and an order to observe the codes and laws of Brazil. The administration at the time has sometimes grouped the three forms together by expedition member and other times grouped by form type. Note that the original order has been maintained in this file. The file also contains items relating specifically to anthropologists, geographers and geomorphologists. It should be noted that the papers in this section include correspondence realting to these disciplines and expedition projects as well as the suggestions for personnel.
