The left hand column contains 'The Present Council', headed by the President, Sir Hans Sloane. The right hand column contains a list of 'Persons of Other Nations' [Foreign Members], and brief notes on their locations. With notes on the continuation of Council until St Andrew's Day 1727 and the election of ten new Council Members on 30 November 1727 to serve in the ensuing year.
The paper has been backed, obscuring a presentation inscription: 'Presented by the British Museum Jan 21 1891'.
