DescriptionLarge format printed lists of Fellows from the eighteenth century, some damaged, others with manuscript amendments or annotations. Several are inscribed as having been donated to the Royal Society by the British Museum [presumably as duplicates]; others have annotations suggesting that they may have been repurposed [before the current binding] as wrappers for sets of Royal Society minutes, or other gatherings of paper. The volume has some typescript front matter recording the numerical strength of the Fellowship by year.
