Asks if Dale would like to join him and Harvey Cushing from the United States Embassy on a visit to the Anerican Hospital (Harvard Unit) and Salisbury; he has received a letter from Dr Elizabeth Bunbury but will not join the Anglo-Soviet Medical Committee at present, nor is he joining Hewlett Johnson's Anglo-Soviet Medical Fund; if the Scientific Advisory Committee approves a Royal Society conference of dominion scientists, they must get together to discuss it. Also sends a letter from G I Taylor about 'the fees matter'
