DescriptionHe has been asked to remain in India some time longer in order to provide the Supreme Allied Commander with scientific liaison with the United Kingdom, and to report back on requirements for scientific research in South East Asia Command. This will mean cutting out his planned visit to China and Kabul, and he asks Dale to get the Council's approval for the new arrangements. The National Institute of Sciences wish to send their president, Sir J C Ghosh, in response to the Royal Society's invitation and he is in favour of the suggestion
