| Description | Scientific Committee suggested that grant of £2500 be made to Florey from Fund in recognition of work on penicillin in treatment of endocarditis - this has been confirmed by Trustees - has been resolved to present £5000 to Alexander Fleming and £2500 to Dr Chain - would like to present cheque personally if meeting could be arranged with Florey, Fleming and Chain - comments on the Fund. |
