DescriptionAutograph letter signed by sender. Informs the Harbinger brought Mr Morton and his children last Wednesday, and the parinting and repairs at the cottage are being finished. The Cape municipality delegates also arrived from England. Refers to the instruments Morton brought, a letter he received from Mr Airy regarding the transit circle, and expresses regret that the central room cannot be adopted for such an instrument. Expense for cutting a slit into the portico.
